I made kha donuts, but this recipe also works great for poffertjes
What do you need:
85 gr. cream cheese
35 gr. almond flour
5 gr. coconut flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
and to taste 5 to 7 drops greensweet liquid stevia
This is how you make it:
Mix everything together and pour it into a donut maker and wait until they are good (time varies per donut maker). If the batter has stood for a while, it will get a little thicker and you can just add a little bit of water to it make the weather more fluid.
This recipe can also be used perfectly in a poffertjespan and you can even bake ordinary cakes with it.
