This is how you make it:

Fold the grated orange peel and the liquid stevia through.

Put the egg white foam in the piping bag and spray on a baking tray covered with the parchment paper, exactly this does not have to be done. Make sure that the rosettes are not too close together (no.3). Bake the meringues in the oven for about 45 minutes. Allow the foam to cool down afterwards.
