What do you need:

40 grams of chopped almonds
85 grams of broccoli, thinly grated
75 grams of dried cranberries / raisins
3 tablespoons of olive oil,
3 tablespoons of rice wine vinegar
6 - 8 drops Greensweet liquid stevia almond or vanilla or natural
3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt
1-2 teaspoons of mustard
Salt and pepper

This is how you make it:

If you can not find the broccoli in grated strings, you can do this yourself with a mandolin. For this use the stalk of a raw broccoli. Roast the almond light brown a frying pan without butter.
