Vegan garlic mayonnaise

You need this:

  • a small organic lemon in the peel, washed and cut into pieces (removing pits)
  • 100 ml 100% pure olive oil, cold pressing
  • a small toe of garlic, finely chopped
  • a pinch of Celtic sea salt
  • 3-4 drops greensweet liquid stevia natural

This is how you make it:

Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix until the mass is smooth and smooth enough to your liking. You can keep the mayo a bit coarser if you want. Store the mayo in a refrigerator in a glass, sealable container. Can last for about two weeks. You can of course add everything to the mayo, such as tasty fresh herbs and spices! Make it a party!
