What do you need:
• 1/2 cup of blackberries and raspberries
• 5 pieces of strawberries
• 1 cup of crushed ice cubes
• 175 grams of low-fat Greek yogurt
• a few drops of liquid Greensweet-stevia (taste eg grape, raspberry, strawberry, natural)
