Lemon coconut chocolates

What do you need:


- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 3 dates
- 2 lemons
- 10 g of white almonds
- 5 drops of Greensweet liquid stevia lemon
- grate 2 tbsp coconut
- 1 banana
- extra coconut grater

This is how you make it:


Halve the lemons and press them out. Add the banana, lemon juice, almonds, almond flour, dates and coconut grater in a food processor and finely grind.
If it gets a more solid structure and everything is well grinded, you can switch off the food processor.
Put the mixture in the freezer for about 15 minutes. Then you can roll balls and then go through some loose coconut grater.
