What do you need: 1 portion

14 grams of coconut oil,

1 tbsp Greensweet Sweet Caramel (or other flavor),

28 grams of coconut flour,

1 tablespoon psyllium fiber,

1 teaspoon baking powder,

120 ml of vegetable milk,

pinch of Himalayan salt

some Greensweet liquid stevia (eg caramel, vanilla or coconut).

Top: some almond paste, coconut cream and homemade granola.

This is how you make the pancake:

Step 1

Turn the oven on at 175 degrees and cover a baking tin with baking paper.

Step 2

Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Step 3

In another bowl, mix the wet ingredients together and add the wet mixture to the flour. Mix well together.

Step 4

When the moisture has been absorbed by the flour, you can transfer the dough to the coated baking sheet. Make a circle like a pancake.

Step 5

Slide the baking sheet into the oven and bake the pancake in about 15-20 minutes. The pancake becomes harder when it cools outside the oven.

Step 6

Spread the pancake with, for example, coconut whipped cream, some almond paste and finish with homemade granola or some berries.
