Cappuccino iced coffee
What do you need:
125 ml of water
125 ml milk (goat milk, rice milk, almond milk, whatever you want)
4 teaspoons of instant coffee
250 ml. milk
¼ spoon greensweet-stevia Sweet Intense (or to taste)
• possibly 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
This is how you make it:
Make instant coffee with the coffee granules, 125 ml (warm) water and 125 ml milk, then add the rest of the ingredients. Do this in your ice cream maker and let it run until it becomes slightly firmer, but has not completely turned into ice.
If you do not have an ice machine, divide the mixture over an ice cube mold and freeze it in (min. 4 hours). Then put the coffee ice cubes with the other ingredients in your blender and puree until the ice cubes have turned into a slush. Looks like Frappuccino! Also delicious with whipped cream made from coconut milk and a little Greensweet-stevia!
