Coconut Matcha bars from Vegan Flavors

You need this: (for 16 bars)

200 grams of coconut grater,

6 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil,

2-3 el Greensweet Syrup Gold

snuff himalayan salt,

1 el maca (optional),

1 el matcha powder

3 strips of dark chocolate from Green Sweet Stevia.

 

This is how you make it:

Step 1

I myself used a rectangular baking tin (13x36). I got 16 bars out of this. Of course you can also use a different baking form, but then the amount of bars will probably be different. Line it with parchment paper and make sure you have space in the freezer.

Step 2

Put the coconut grater in a large bowl together with the maca and matcha powder. Mix well.

Step 3

Now add all wet ingredients. When the well is stirred together you pour everything into the coated baking tin. Press well.

Step 4

Put your baking tin in the freezer and leave it for an hour.

Step 5

Melt the chocolate au bain-marie and then remove from the heat.

Step 8

Remove the baking mold from the freezer and cut 16 bars. Then cover them with the melted chocolate. Are all bars covered with a layer of chocolate? Okay, now you can lick it out with your fingers.

Step 9

Keep the bars in the refrigerator or freezer.
