What you need for 1 tray:

100 g low-fat quark / thick yogurt
10g vanilla whey
5g melted biscuit spread
5g peanuts
10g chocolate
1 sheet of gelatin + 1 tbsp water
 
This is how you make this:
 
1. Soak the gelatin in cold water. Heat the gelatin with 1 tbsp water in the microwave until it is completely dissolved.
2. Mix the quark with 5g vanilla whey and add the gelatin to this mixture. Stir quickly and well to avoid lumps.
3. Put this mixture in a small glass/bowl and put it in the fridge for a few minutes.
4. Make the caramel layer by mixing 5g whey protein, melted biscoff spread and Greensweet Syrup Vanilla with a dash of almond milk/water (about 0.5-1 tbsp). Add the caramel to the quark mixture + add the peanuts and put back in the fridge.
5. Melt your chocolate and pour it over the caramel.
6. Refrigerate for about 1-2 hours and enjoy!
