Autumn muffins
What do you need:
- 1 pear
- 1 egg
- 50 grams of spelled flour
- 15 grams of whey in the taste of speculaas
- 100 ml alpro soya yogurt
- 10 grams of cranberries
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tb baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 el Green Sweet Brown
This is how you make it:
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Weigh all ingredients and put them together in a dish
- Divide the batter into 6 molds, this time I used square silicone molds. This I bought at the Xenos.
- Put the autumn muffins in the oven for about 15-20 minutes
The muffins are very tasty both hot and cold!
