It is important that you use special puffed corn. You can buy these in the organic shop, where the corn is 100% GMO free. You can also buy popcorn in the supermarket, but these are not GMO free.

This is how you make it:

Put the oil in a fireproof bowl and place in the elevator tray. Set the fryer at 200 degrees and 2 minutes. Caution: the oil is hot! Place the corn in a bowl and pour over the oil, toss. Line the elevator tray with a sheet of baking paper, Note: only cover the bottom! If you're going to line the entire bucket elevator, the corn kernels won't pop open properly. If it doesn't work at all, omit the baking paper. Pour the corn into the elevator tray and set the fryer to 200 degrees and 10 minutes. Stick with it, you should hear the corn pop. Don't worry, the corn pops open but rarely touches the heating element. Keep checking every 4/5 minutes and take out the popcorn. Continue like this until all the corn has turned into popcorn. Want sweet popcorn? Then sprinkle the popcorn with stevia. If you want salty popcorn, do the same but with Celtic sea salt! Lets eat!
