Coconut banana slipper
Banana breads come in all shapes and sizes. So I came up with a very special one! This is a plate baked slipper! This makes the crust wonderfully golden brown!
You need this:
- 3 large bananas
- 100 grams of buckwheat flour
- 100 grams oatmeal (dry)
- 50 grams coconut flour
- 15 grams (tartar) baking powder
- 2 tablespoons Green Sweet Extra Sweet
- half a cup of coconut grater
- 40 ml oats or other milk substitute (water is also possible)
This is how you make it:
Preheat the oven to 185 degrees. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Grind all ingredients in a food processor until fine but firm. If everything remains too dry and loose-grained, add a little more milk but be careful not to add too much. Knead a ball. Pour onto the baking tray and mold into a nice slipper. Bake the slipper in the middle of the oven for about 30-35 minutes, keep checking in between. Let cool.
Delicious with a little butter!
