What do you need:

Recipe for 1 large bowl:

○ 1 smoothie pack * or 150 gr of other frozen fruit
○ 2 tablespoons of low-fat quark
○ skim milk
○ Green Sweet Extra Sweet (to taste)
○ cinnamon

Fruit with a large splash of milk in the food processor
Let it run for just a moment
Then add the cottage cheese, stevia and cinnamon
Let it run at full power again for a while
Add even more milk until you have a nice fluffy whole
Enjoy it ✌
