You need this:
- 3 grams Agar Agar
- 2 heaping tablespoons of Green Sweet Extra Sweet
- 200-250 grams of fresh fruit (I used freshly picked blackberries)
- 225ml water
This is how you make it:
Puree everything in a blender until smooth. Transfer to a pan and bring to a boil while stirring. Line a square baking dish with baking paper. Pour the hot mass on top and divide. Let cool. Then put in the fridge to set (preferably 24 hours). Cut them into cubes. Keep them in the fridge
