Smultaartjes (airfryer recipe)
What do you need:
300 grams of oatmeal, finely ground in the blender into flour
2 tablespoons of greensweet extra sweet
cold vegetable milk (eg almond milk, oat milk, hazelnut milk)
For the filling:
2 bananas, pureed
fresh frozen strawberries
This is how you make these delicious cakes:
Use the supplied muffin tins with the Montana airfryer. Add the Greensweet Extra Sweet to the oatmeal flour, and always add small amounts of milk until a firm ball is formed.
Always use a piece of dough to form a container in the mold. Press the dough out so that a large hole in the middle (a container) is created.
Set the temperature to 180 ª C and bake the trays for 5-6 minutes.
Fill them with the banana puree and garnish with a frozen strawberry
