What do you need:

Springform 12 cm


Bottom:

4 dates
▪ 50 gr almond flour

▪ 1 tablespoon peanut butter (walnut warrior from thenutters.nl)

▪ a few walnuts chopped into pieces

For the cottage cheese layer:

▪ 300 gr low-fat quark

▪ vanilla aroma

▪ Greensweet extra sweet (to taste)

▪ 2.5 sheets of gelatin

On top:


▪ hand full of dark chocolate
▪ a few walnuts chopped into pieces
▪ tablespoon peanut butter (Walnut Warrior)

This is how you make it:


Soak the dates in boiling water for a few hours. And then finely grind in the food processor.
Mix all ingredients for the base until a dough ball forms.
Press well in the springform.
Bake for 5 minutes at 180 degrees.
Allow to cool thoroughly before moving on to the next step.
Soak gelatin for half an hour in cold water.
Add vanilla aroma and greensweet extra sweet to the cottage cheese
Heat a few tablespoons of this mixture in a saucepan and dissolve the gelatin in it
Then pour into the springform pan and let it set in the fridge for a few hours

Melt chocolate in a pan or in the microwave
Divide over the cake and put in the fridge for at least 6 hours
Finally, divide some Walnut Warrior and pieces of walnut over the cake
