Banana chocolate crunchy spread
What do you need:
- 1 small green banana, very well mashed
- 85 grams of Green Sweet Icing
- 185 grams oat flour (ground oats in a blender finely into flour)
- a cup of cocoa nibs
- optionally add: water
This is how you make it:
Stir the Green Sweet Icing very well into the banana puree. Add the flour and cocoa nibs and stir again very vigorously. If the mass remains a bit too dry and too loosely grainy, add small amounts of water. Pour the mass into a glass jar. The spread is suitable for vegans, vegetarians, people with a gluten allergy / intolerance, only contains the fruit sugars from the banana. If you want to keep the sugars as low as possible, choose a green mashed banana.
