Healthy Christmas meringues
And again a delicious recipe for the holidays;
Healthy X-mas meringues by Maaike Smink
What do you need:
Pinch of salt
2 drops of lemon juice
50 grams Green Sweet Icing
Whisk the egg whites lightly together with the lemon and the salt. When it starts to peak, the icing gets there and stores it well. It's ready when you keep the bowl over your head and nothing falls out (but do the bottom up of course)
Put the foam in a blowhole and form wreaths or foam.
Put this in a preheated 100 degree oven for about 1 hour, keep an eye on them.
Let them cool well in the oven with the door open a bit.
