The holidays are just around the corner and so is the idea for many to eat a lot of delicious things. Sweet, fat and especially high in calories. I understand very well that this is certainly not the time to pay attention to weight. It's the holidays after all! But why choose unhealthy when it can be very healthy (er)? Mina came up with the sugar-free pavlova. Almost indistinguishable from the sugared variety. Without refined sugars. Just as good, if not better. Enjoy without regrets and to the fullest.
