What do you need:
  • 300 grams of chocolate (85%)
  • 120 grams of unsalted butter
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 6 eggs
  • 4 tbsp Greensweet Sweet

This is how you make these delicious low-carb brownies:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
  2. Melt the butter and chocolate in a pan
  3. Allow this to cool for a few minutes
  4. Add the vanilla essence
  5. Mix the eggs, whipped cream and the Greensweet Sweet in a bowl
  6. Add this mixture to the chocolate
  7. Cover a square baking pan of approximately 21 cm with baking paper and fill it with the chocolate mixture
  8. Bake in approximately 25 - 30 minutes
  9. Test whether the dough is good by piercing it with a skewer (it must come out dry)
  10. Decorate with whipped cream or whatever you like.

Tip: also nice to put nuts in the dough!
