Gingerbread low-carb Christmas cookies
What do you need:
- 200 grams of almond flour
- 60 grams of butter at room temperature
- 1.5 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cloves
- 0.5 teaspoon nutmeg
- 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon Green Sweet Extra Sweet
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
This is how you make it:
The dough should rest in the fridge for half an hour.
10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 175 degrees.
Finally, the glaze:
Green Sweet Icing
lemon juice to taste
