What do you need:

40 grams of Green Sweet Sweet Caramel
200 grams of hazelnuts (roasted),
8-12 drops of Green Sweet liquid stevia Caramel (optional) ,
150 ml coconut milk (canned), possibly more, if you want a thinner variant.


This is how you make it:

Step 1 Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2 Place the hazelnuts on the baking tray and roast for about 15-20 minutes.

Step 3 Place the roasted hazelnuts together with the Green Sweet Sweet Caramel and coconut milk in the food processor. Turn on. Clean the edges every now and then.

Step 4 When you have a creamy substance, taste it for a moment. Do you want it sweeter? Then add some greensweet liquid stevia Caramel drops. If you want it thinner, add some coconut milk.

Step 5 Transfer your pasta to a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.


I made 10 bonbons with this frosting / pasta, put a small jar in the fridge as a spread and spread what I had left with a cake.
