Apple pie balls with greensweet cinnamon.jpg

What do you need:

  • 100 grams of dried apple
  • 35 grams of almond flour
  • 35 grams of oatmeal
  • 100 grams of medjoul dates
  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon
  • 4 teaspoons of Sweet Cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

That's how you make it:

Combine all of the above ingredients in a food processor and mix. Scoop out a little of the mixture with a spoon, knead it again in your hands and roll the batter into balls.

Let it stiffen in the refrigerator for a moment so that the flavors can easily mix.
