How to make them:

Grind 400 grams of oatmeal in the blender into flour. Add 2 heaping tablespoons of greensweet sweet cinnamon and a full coffee cup of kasha and stir. Add little warm water at a time and keep kneading until a dry solid ball is formed. Make balls of this.

Put some of the  Sweet  Cinnamon in a bowl and add some Ceylon cinnamon powder, stir to combine. Dip the balls in the sugar and place them in a bowl. 

Keep them in the bowl in a cool place.
