Pumpkin cinnamon smoothie
What do you need:
- 150 grams of cooked pumpkin
- 1 small persimmons (or half a banana)
- 1 orange
- 150 ml of almond milk
- 100 ml of water
- 1 teaspoon of Green Sweet Sweet cinnamon (or 2 if you like very sweet)
- 1/3 tsp cinnamon
That's how you make it:
Cook or steam the pumpkin first and let cool.
Cut the pumpkin and persimmons (or banana) into small pieces and put them in the blender. Press out 1 orange and pour into the blender. You can also peel a hand orange and add it in its entirety.
Add the almond milk, the water, the Green Sweet Sweet cinnamon and cinnamon and grind all of this in the blender to a smooth smoothie.
