You need this for this granola:

  • 270 grams of oat flakes
  • 3 EL broken linseed
  • 65 grams of mixed unsalted and unroasted nuts, coarsely chopped
  • 3 tsp cookie spices
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 3 EL Green Sweet Syrup gold
  • 4 tbsp orange juice
  • 75 grams (spelled / gluten-free) gingerbread cookies

This is how you make this delicious granola:

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line a baking sheet with baking paper. Put the gingerbread cookies in a bag or tea towel and smash them with a rolling pin or bottom of a pan.

First mix all the dry ingredients, except the ginger nuts. Then add the wet ingredients and mix everything well.

Spread the mixture on the baking paper and bake the granola for 15 minutes. Shake everything briefly so that the nuts do not burn. Bake the granola for about 10 minutes. Keep an eye on the granola so that nothing burns. Allow the granola to cool completely. Mix in the pieces of gingerbread cookies and keep the granola in an airtight container.
