Green Sweet’s Jelly Sugar is an ideal sugar-free substitute for gelatin sugar, being 100% vegan and not containing fructose or pectin. It has a fine crystal structure and is made using only pure erythritol, steviol glycosides and agar agar. It is five times sweeter than sugar, has no bitter taste and is perfectly suitable for cooking and baking given its reliable quality up to 200°C.
Since this product contains almost no calories it is frequently used within several diets, especially by those wishing to limit their sugar consumption. Basic jam recipe
Take about half a kilo of fruit and cut it into pieces. Add the sliced fruit together with 2 tablespoons of Green Sweet Jelly Sugar to a pan and bring to a boil while stirring. Let it simmer on low heat for about five minutes and then mash the fruit using a hand blender. Pour the warm substance into a glass jar and let it cool down. The homemade jam will keep for about 6 weeks in the fridge.
