What do you need for 12 bars:⁣

-200gr almond flour
-20gr coconut flour
-50gr veggie protein powder
-50gr Greensweet erythritol
-1 tsp baking powder⁣
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-3 eggs
-120gr melted coconut oil
-120ml unsweetened almond milk
-Greensweet liquid stevia vanilla to your own taste
- pinch of salt
-2 tsp cinnamon

Crumb layer:⁣

-100gr almond flour
-2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
-50gr Greensweet erythritol
-40 gr chopped almonds
-1 tsp cinnamon

Here's how to make these delicious bars:

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
Take a square baking pan and line it with baking paper.
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the crumb layer.
In another bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut flour, protein powder, erythritol, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Mix eggs, coconut oil, almond milk and the liquid stevia in another bowl.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until there are no more dry spots.⁣
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and sprinkle the crumb layer over it.
Bake for 35min or until toothpick comes out clean and let cool completely before slicing.
