What do you need 2 people: ⁣
-3 chicken fillet, cut into bite-sized slices⁣
-1 red onion ⁣
-3 tbsp olive oil⁣
-4 garlic gloves ⁣
juice of 1 1/2 lemon ⁣
zest of 1 lemon⁣
herbs: 1 1/2 tbsp cumin, 1 tsp turmeric, 2 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp ground coriander, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tsp cayenne, 1 tbsp ground cardamom, salt and pepper to taste ⁣ ⁣
Garnish:
Fresh cilantro, sliced radish, pomegranate seedsit ⁣
This is how you make this recipe:
Slice the chicken, cut the red onion and garlic. Add to a large bowl and add all other ingredients except the garnish ingredients. Let the chicken marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, ideal to do this the day before. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. ⁣
Add the marinated chicken and onions to an oven dish and bake for 30 minutes. Serve with (gluten-free) pita bread.
