What do you need;
 
-65 gr gluten-free oatmeal Albert Heijn
-20gr pea protein from pulsinhq⁣
-10 grams chia seeds⁣
-2 tablespoons of peanut butter in powder form or homemade peanut butter
-30gr Greek style yogurt
-220 ml unsweetened almond milk
- handful of raspberries
 
Topping: 100% peanut butter Albert Heijn pretzels, raspberries, sugar-free jam
 
How to make these overnight oats:
 
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the raspberries and topping.⁣
Cover the bowl with foil and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, the overnight oats are ready to eat when it is thick and creamy.⁣
Start by filling your glass with the overnight oats mixture, followed by a layer of yogurt & fresh raspberries⁣.⁣
Finish with overnight oats and finish with peanut butter, jelly, pretzels and fresh raspberries.⁣
