Carrotsoup

 

What do you need:


2 tablespoons of coconut oil
1 small onion, peeled and cut into pieces
5 large carrots, chopped (about 500 grams)
1 green apple, in small pieces
15 grams of fresh ginger, finely chopped
80 ml of orange juice
375 ml of coconut milk
500 ml chicken broth or water
6 drops Greensweet liquid stevia Naturel
Garnish with fresh lime

This is how you make it:


Heat coconut oil in a large pan. Fry the onion, carrot and apple in coconut oil until soft. Add ginger. Add orange juice, coconut milk and stock. Very carefully, mix in very small quantities in a food processor. Mix back in the pan to warm up, stir and just taste or more Stevia
must be added.
