You need this:

Extra needed:

  • paper cupcake / muffin tins
  • muffin trays

This is how you make it:

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Cover the muffin trays (cupcake trays or other refractory bowls can of course also) with the paper tins.

Puree the banana, avocado, three tablespoons of cocoa and 10 drops of greensweet liquid stevia chocolate in a bowl, stir well. You can also do this in a food processor or blender.

Stir the rest of the ingredients together in a bowl. Fill the cups with a layer of the oatmeal mass. Add a tablespoon of chocolate mousse. Finally, a bit of the oatmeal mass. Bake the muffins in the middle of the oven for approximately 25-35 minutes. keep checking in the meantime. Let cool.
