To let the large group of vegans also enjoy a delicious bun on New Year's Eve (or before, or after) I came up with this delicious banana bun. The ball contains no sugar, animal additives, and is baked in the oven, which makes it not greasy. Plus, it's very easy to make!

You need this:

To garnish:

Green Sweet Icing

How to make these spheres:

Preheat the oven to 185 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper. Puree the bananas, linseed and greensweet extra sweet in the food processor until smooth.

Grind in the coconut flour and baking powder. Make nice round balls of three quarters of the dough by hand, stir the raisins through the rest. Make firm round balls from this dough and place them well apart on the baking sheet.

Bake the balls in the middle of the oven for about 15/20 minutes, keep checking in between. Sprinkle with Green Sweet Icing
