What do you need:

This is how you make this delicious low-carb apple cake:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
  2. cut 2 apple in half, remove the core and cut into cubes (leave the skin on)
  3. Put this in a pan with a layer of water, cinnamon and let it steam
  4. Mash to apple sauce and allow to thicken if necessary
  5. Mix the almond flour with egg, melted butter and Greensweet Erythritol in a bowl
  6. Add the apple sauce to the dough and mix
  7. Pour the mix into a baking tin, covered with baking paper
  8. Cut the other apples into slices and place them in the dough roof-tile
  9. Sprinkle some melted butter and some Greensweet erythritol over the cake
  10. Leave to cook in the oven until desired color.
