What do you need:

This is how you make this delicious low-carbohydrate apple cake:

  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees
  2. cut 2 apples in half, remove the core and cut into cubes (leave the skin on)
  3. Put this in a pan with a layer of water, cinnamon and let it steam
  4. Mash into applesauce and let it thicken a bit if necessary
  5. In a bowl, mix the almond flour with egg, melted butter and Greensweet Erythritol
  6. Add the applesauce to the dough and mix
  7. Pour the mix into a baking tin lined with baking paper
  8. Cut the other apples into slices and place them overlapping with the dough
  9. Sprinkle a little more melted butter and some Greensweet erythritol over the cake
  10. Leave to cook in the oven to the desired color.
