What do you need:

• 70 grams of coconut flour
• 70 grams of almond flour
• 120 ml of whipped cream
• 40 grams of mascarpone
• 120 grams of unsalted butter
• 2 eggs
• 2 tsp Greensweet Erythritol
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 2 tsp vanilla extract

Here's how to make these delicious low-carb scones:

1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees hot air
2. Mix all flour together with erythritol, vanilla and baking powder
3. Add butter, egg, whipped cream and mascarpone and mix into dough
4. Make 8 equal balls and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper
Bake until golden brown in 12 to 20 minutes.
