What do you need:

-80gr gluten-free oat flour ⁣
-65gr almond flour
-50gr cocoa powder
-50gr vegetarian protein powder
-90gr Greensweet Erythritol
-2 tsp baking powder ⁣
-1/2 teaspoon of backing soda
-a pinch of salt ⁣
-3 ripe bananas ⁣
-1 egg⁣
-120gr coconut oil (room temperature) ⁣
-120 ml unsweetened almond milk
-8 drops of Greensweet liquid stevia chocolate (to your own taste)
-100gr dark chocolate drops

This is how you make this chocolate cake:

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Cover a cake tin with baking paper. ⁣
In a medium bowl, combine oatmeal, almond flour, protein powder, cocoa, erythritol, baking soda, backing soda, and salt.
Add the bananas, coconut oil and milk in a blender. Don't blend too long!
Add this mix and the egg to the dry ingredients. ⁣
Stir everything well until there are no more dry spots.
Stir half of the chocolate drops into the batter. ⁣
Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin and place the remaining chocolate drops on top. ⁣
Bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven and check if it is done by pricking the cake with a toothpick / skewer and it should come out clean. ⁣

I know it's really hard not to touch this cake already, but you really have to wait for it to cool completely before you can cut and eat! ⁣
