What do you need?

* 30 grams of buckwheat flour
* 25 grams of protein powder + 100 ml of water
* 5 grams baking powder
* 40 grams of applesauce (or squeezed fruit)
* 5 grams cornflour
* 25 grams Greensweet Belgian Stevia chocolate bar (in pieces)

How do you make this?

1. Now put all ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Mix well.
3. Place the batter in an oven dish.
4. Bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.

For this whole breakfast: 295 kcal
4 g fat; 39 g carbohydrates; 24g of proteins.
