FRUIT AND VEGETABLES FROZZIES.jpg

You will need: (for about 6-8 lollipops)

  • 10 strawberries
  • two big handfuls of washed fresh spinach leaves
  • 200 grams of cooked and drained/cooled pumpkin (sweet potatoes cooked in the skin are also possible!)
  • 50 grams cooked fennel, drained and cooled (kohlrabi is also possible!)
  • half a teaspoon of vanilla bourbon
  • 85 ml coconut water or regular water or birch water
  • 10 drops of greensweet liquid stevia strawberry (other flavor is also possible!)

Additional Needs:

  • popsicle sticks (available at the better cooking/baking stores)
  • a few freeze-proof bowls or a cookie tray that fits in your freezer

This is how you make it:

Puree all ingredients in the blender briefly, at least until no vegetable pieces can be seen, because that scares most children. Use frozen solid bowls or ice cream molds and pour them full. Freeze the ice creams for an average of 10 hours.
